AcuteCare Telemedicine (ACT), an Atlanta-based healthcare company, has organized its leadership team. Matthews Gwynn, M.D. serves as the Chief Executive Officer and keeps ACT focused on being, “an organization unmatched in its ability to maintain personalized and accurate neurological patient care.” He acts as the primary driver of corporate strategy. Chief Operating Officer, Keith Sanders, M.D. manages day to day activities of the business. He is a liaison between hospital clients and the Business Development Officer, Ford Stokes. Financial planning and management proceeds under the direction of the CFO, Lisa Johnston, M.D. and the Executive Director, Kathryn Young. ACT is a technology driven company providing emergency neurological intervention to stroke patients.

Many of these patients would have no opportunity for this high level of care without audio-video assessment via the internet. Keeping ACT abreast of constantly changing internet technology is James Kiely, M.D., Ph.D. the Chief Information Officer.
